Cakes by Nicolle specializes in classic flavors. If there is a particular cake flavor/filling you would like that is not mentioned below, please let me know so I can work to accommodate your taste. All of our cakes and confections are baked from scratch using only high quality ingredients. No shortcuts are ever taken as this is my labor of love!
